Before You Book

How long will my appointment take?

It depends on the service and on your hair. Each service is booked with the time it needs built in, and extension installs and big color changes can take several hours. Your stylist will tell you what to expect at your consultation.

What does pricing depend on?

The prices on the menu are starting points. Hair length and density, the amount of product your service uses and the stylist you book with all change the final price, and your stylist confirms it before starting. Every ticket includes a salon scale charge, so you pay for the product actually used.

What should I know before my first visit?

Every appointment starts with a consultation about your lifestyle, face shape and goals. We ask for 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule, and if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to provide your service and a cancellation fee applies.
